1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the website aesthetic.education ("Aesthetic Education", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must stop using the site immediately.
2. What This Site Is and Is Not
Aesthetic Education is an informational and lead-generation website that lists and promotes continuing-education courses and training events for licensed medical professionals who work in aesthetic medicine. The site does not provide the training itself, does not process any payments, and does not create user accounts. All courses are delivered by independent third-party training providers.
When you submit a contact or information request form, use the live-chat feature, or call our toll-free number (866-261-5164), your request is forwarded to the admissions team of the relevant training provider so that they can respond directly to you.
Independence from Advertisers
Aesthetic Education is an independent listing and referral website. We are not owned by, affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the training providers, schools or other advertisers whose courses appear on this site, and they are not affiliated with us. Each advertiser is an independent third party solely responsible for its own courses, instructors, dates, prices, accreditation, refunds and customer service.
This site does not operate user accounts, does not process registrations or payments and does not run the courses it lists. When you ask about a course by phone, chat or the information form, your inquiry is forwarded to the advertiser whose course you asked about so that its admissions team can answer you; we keep no more than what is needed to route and follow up on that inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any agreement you enter into for a course is between you and that advertiser.
3. Educational Content Is Not Medical or Legal Advice
The content on this site is for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making any clinical or business decisions based on the information presented.
4. Professional Eligibility
All courses listed on the site are intended for licensed medical professionals (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dentists). Eligibility for any particular course depends on the individual’s professional license and the regulations of the state in which they practice. Aesthetic Education does not verify licensure; that responsibility rests with the training provider.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the site by any other person. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or any third-party services linked to the site.
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming any individual or entity.
- Using automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to collect data from the site without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, video, and other material on the site (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Aesthetic Education or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and download Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
Brand names such as Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Juvederm®, Restylane®, and similar trademarks are owned by their respective owners. Their appearance on the site is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
7. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
The site may contain links to third-party websites, including training-provider sites, and may embed videos hosted by Vimeo. These links and embeds are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party site or service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Aesthetic Education makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the site, the Content, or any third-party services linked from the site. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Education, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for a specific service provided directly by Aesthetic Education (which is currently zero, as we do not charge for site access).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aesthetic Education and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your use of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business practices. The most current version will be posted on the site with an updated "Effective date" at the top. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
